Bill Harsey A/F Combat Folder...

One of my very best scores of Blade Show 2007 is Harsey - Vallotton custom A/F Combat Folder

This knife is as cool as it gets. First of all it was made by my friend and also favorite maker, who did most of knifemaker's job on it (icluding blade grinds & final finishing). Also this very knife, made in 1994, belongs to the series that was personally inspected by Col. Rex Applegate. And thayt makes it not just a beautiful sharp object created by my US bud, but also a true piece of history of modern combat knife.

I hope Bill can tell a bit more about that knife and collaboration with Col. Applegate on this one. But anyway, this one goes now to my very special personal collection - small, but carefully sellected.

Only two pic's so far, taken yesterday late night... but more to come

So.... small continuation. I really like this folder BUT the problem for me was how to carry it on me. Concealed. I wanted something comfortable, secure and FAST. Of course the sollution for me was easy - kydex sheath. I wanted it to be as small as possible, good for both horizontal and vertical carry. And the solution you can see below. That's maybe not the best idea for a soldier in combat, but for undercover carry this sheaths serves pretty damn good!
