Another 71 year old Vet fights back

Thought I would share since this happened in my neck of the woods. At least the family members of the two robbers aren't doing the whole "he's a good boy, he doesn't believe in guns, he was shot unjustly" routine.

Good job Marine.

Reminds me of the man a good team mate told me some time ago. He was a WW2 veteran, a long range reconnaissance patrol ( Kaukopartio in Finnish ) member to be more specific and he was from the same rural area as my friend.

He was walking in our town and it was a bit late in the evening. A young punk came at him and demanded his money, when we wouldnt budge, the punk pulled out a blade. The old man stared him down and said " Son, I have been shot at by submachineguns, rifles, machineguns and artillery, so do you really think I am scared of that pansy ass knife you got there"

The punk sought another direction to move very shortly after.

Stand your ground law works

And there folks is why florida and other states with a "Stand your ground law" will shortly have low crime rates or a high death rate of criminals on the streets. Either suits me just fine. The first solution that I mentioned doesn't cost the tax payers for keeping scum incarcerated with 3 hots and a cot.

Carry Concealed permit holders once again taking out the trash. Good job Marine !!!!

The "Stand your ground law" and the "Castle Law" are great indeed. I try to tell my friends (the responsible ones) that they should consider trying to get a CCW as well as training on defensive tactics on a pistol as it could mean life or death down here. This past month, June, my county's different police/sheriff departments have shot and killed more people in one month then the state has executed in the past 2 years. The oldest piece of garbage being 22 years old. Of course these are all "good boys" who "go to church" and "don't believe in guns".

Luckily I've interested my room mate in self defense and weapons. We're going tomorrow to pick her out a nice shotgun for her bed room

State Medals of Valor

States with "Stand your Ground" and "Castle Doctrine" laws should start awarding "Civic Valor" medals to those involved in justified self defense shootings.

Furthermore, I believe in supporting a tax deduction of the money spent on your concealed carry permit costs and any additional training for self defense marksmanship and or home defense courses. Also a deduction for the costs of your home defense shotgun and or pistol.

Wouldn't the liberals shit their pants if such deductions we're actually allowable as part of your adjusted gross income ?

Mossberg 590...........-$525
H&K USP .45 ACP......- $899
Federal OO Buck shells....-$15
Federal Hydrashock......-18.95
Paul Howes CSAT Tactical pistol course.......-$450
Larry Vickers "Vickers Tactical" course.........-$450

There's an additional $2,357.95 to reduce your adjusted gross income. How's that for fiscal responsibility ?

That would be fantastic, however, like you said, the liberals would go nuts and down here, the liberals are everywhere, even in positions overseeing the police forces.

The city manager for Ft Lauderdale is such a spineless bastard that he made his officers escort the funeral detail for a 19 year old thug who shot at police and was later killed via 5.56 to the face. Even gave the orders to the department not to respond to calls in this dirtbag's neighborhood in fear of retailiation.

Everytime someone, police or civilian, shoots someone justifiably, the media is all over it. Asking whether or not it was justified or if it was excessive. The best part is when the media types find out the officers names and publicise them along with the city they live in.

You should have seen the circus made about this Marine. They even had a nice little thing that night "How dangerous is it to allow people to carry concealed firearms."

Funny how such a beautiful place can be so full of s***....

"AND NEWS MEDIA" should be added to the end of Shakespeare's "Kill all the Lawyers".
