It's a gift

When my son graduated from the Q course, I bought him a pistol. Well, he returned the favor with a commerative Para-Ordanance 1911 model. It has the De Oppresso Liber on one side and Task Force 31 Desert Eagles on the other. He came home on leave and gave it to me, so I guess I'll let him stay in his old room.

Nice gun. That inlaid tile is rather unique as well!

Not to be morbid, but I think you're holding a "life-term lease". I'm betting that one will stay in the family. It's a very nice piece; enjoy it to the fullest. Peregrino

I believe the modifications were designed by bravo team 320 and then made available to all the folks in 3rd group who were involved in the last deployment.

This piece will definitely be in the family for a long time.
