Some of you may know or remember (well, it's third time I post such kind of picture on knife forums, although nor here) that there is a very strong and quite old tradition in Poland (and some other European countries) to serve fresh water fish during Christmas Eve dinner, when all family meets usually. So every year it's my duty to prepare it... and every year I select the very special knife for that. There was a time for Sebenza, also for my "Scout" co-op with Chris Reeve, but this year it's my favorite hunter of all time. And it is VERY "at home" here, no questions about that IMHO. Of course it's one of Bill's custom creation, and exactly his Oregon Hunter proto.
