18x question

I am currently serving in the MA national guard. I want to go active duty Special Forces. Can I enlist for the 18x program if I get conditionally released from the national guard? Will I be able to go Abn, SOPC, SFAS, SFQC and then to duty station?
Thanks for the help
-Joe

With grammatical statements like that one - I have my doubts.
