PRK study on SF?

In my research on SF and vision correction, I came across this article from 2003 http://www.cullomeyecenter.com/index.cfm/news/prkok that talks about 19 SF soldiers getting PRK. I was wondering if any other study has been done or is ongoing, especially about PRK'ed soldiers attending Military Free Fall and Combat Diving schools. has anyone been unable to complete a school because of PRK? thanks

kwu, use the search button before you open another redundant thread. There are already several threads on refractive surgery and SF service.

There are currently three refractive procedures offered by the military, each has pros and cons, the PRK and LASEK allow the most latitude in training and service.
