We gave them our best and continue to do so.
It's now time to walk away knowing we did good where we could and SF did the heavy lifting without success because of the larger problems we couldn't topple. Generational norms weren't co-opted, gloves were put on, and the will and desire by multi-national forces armchair warriors to win by power point and not be told bad news led to our demise. That is just scratching the surface I know. There is so much more that could have been done.
Best of luck to them, we gave you our best and brightest. Ball is in your home court.
