Mobility and Functionality...

Recently I have become more aware of my serious lack of flexibility and in a quest to remedy this shortfall www.mobilitywod.com was recommended. Kelly Starrett, the owner of the blog, is a licensed Phy. Therapist who got into Crossfit while studying PT. Kelly now uses some of the functional movements he learned through CF to assist in diagnosing problems in his patients.

Kelly's blog has some really good advice for maintaining/regaining flexibility in everything from wrists and ankles to ankles and hips... Its some good, yet painful stuff indeed but it has helped me immensely.

You young guys need to start stretching and maintaining mobility now. It will come back to haunt you if you do not.
