Muslim Congressman's Hajj paid for by Muslim Brotherhood front group

Muslim Congressman's Hajj paid for by Muslim Brotherhood front group
The Muslim Brotherhood "must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions." -- "An Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Brotherhood in North America," by Mohamed Akram, May 19, 1991.
What does that have to do with Congressman Ellison? Everything. The Muslim American Society paid for his Hajj. And what is the Muslim American Society? The Muslim Brotherhood.
"In recent years, the U.S. Brotherhood operated under the name Muslim American Society, according to documents and interviews. One of the nation's major Islamic groups, it was incorporated in Illinois in 1993 after a contentious debate among Brotherhood members." -- Chicago Tribune, 2004.
Imagine if a conservative Congressman had taken a trip that had been paid for by a Christian group that was, according to one of its own documents, dedicated to "eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and 'sabotaging' its miserable house" so that Christian law would replace the U.S. Constitution. I expect we would hear more of an outcry than we are hearing about this.
"Ellison: Hajj was transformative," by Mitch Anderson for the Minneapolis/St. Paul Star Tribune, December 18 (thanks to T.K.):
WASHINGTON - There was no fanfare, no press release when Keith Ellison made the pilgrimage to the Muslim holy city of Mecca last week....
Why not? There should have been a big media circus over it.
While he consulted the State Department over any potential danger, Ellison said, he wasn't worried about his safety. He traveled mainly with fellow members of his Minneapolis mosque; no security guards went along. His expenses were paid for by the Muslim American Society of Minnesota.
Ellison said he'd like to make the journey again with his family. His wife is not a Muslim, but their four children are being raised as Muslims....
The Star Tribune doesn't mention that non-Muslims aren't allowed into Mecca, so that what Ellison is saying is that he wants to convert his wife to Islam and then go on the Hajj with her.

Wait. . . I distinctly remember a question on my EPSQ about whether or not I had ever been a member of, or associated with, any organization dedicated to overthrowing the US. It seemed pretty important given that I was to be awarded a security clearance contingent on my answering the question correctly. A rhetorical question: Does this mean he is now enough of a security risk that he should be removed from being read in on any classified brief? And if this is the case, how could he reasonably function as a congressman?

The Muslim Brotherhood (Arabic: Hizb al Ikhwan al Muslimeen - The party of the Muslim Brothers or Jamaat al-Ikhwan al-Muslimun - Society of the Muslim brotherhood ) is a fundamentalist international organization or organizations originating in Egypt, whose goals are the conversion of Muslim countries into states ruled by Sha'aria law, the re-establishment of the Caliphate and ultimately, world dominion.
Does this qualify as supporting the overthrow of the US Government?
Support and defend...
