Long distance infil swim - Distance / Pace
Wondering if there's any open source numbers out there re: SOF long-distance swim infiltration.
- Typical distance?
- Expected pace?
As way of explanation - A friend of mine is developing a real passion for long distance open water swimming. He asked me if I could find out what the typical expectations might be for SOF.

- Combat swim stroke (low profile)
