While the election was ongoing a glich developed in the safety protocols for the 2.2 billion Powerball drawing. The glich was so serious that California delayed the drawing by 9+/- hours, promising to post the winning numbers asap. The glich was topic number 1.
The Glich, strangely coincided with several glich's on election night in hotly contest states, making glichs appear normal and/or acceptable, and just like that, the winning numbers were drawn by a single anonymous California player, and the glich is now normalized in election ballot counting machines.

I think the run time of a conspiracy theory is now about 6 months before it becomes fact. To my knowledge there has never been a glitch in the lottery system.
