Hello.
I found this article helpful in explaining to a civilian like myself the game the Russians are playing. I'd be curious to learn in broad terms how much of what the article lays out as fact or theory would be anything that the QP's here would agree with.
The information as presented made it clear to me the Cold War never ended despite what citizens were being told by press at the time following the Soviet collapse.
