APFT Scoring

Hello,
I'm curious, is the APFT score (isn't it 227 for Special Forces?? 229?) a combination of the scores of your push ups, sit ups, and 2-mile run time??

Thanks

1. Are you serious? Type into Google, "scoring the APFT". 19,900 results come back. Click on any on the first page. They will all answer your question and not require you to start a new thread.

2. 229 on the APFT going into SF would be a very low score.

3. You must have missed the part about posting an intro. Maybe now would be a good time.

Regards

Ok we will not answer any more questions since you have not followed the most basic of directions for this board.

Do not post any more and quit starting threads.

Post you intro and read all threads about SF. Read read read. And in about 2 months you will be ready to ask a question.

I would like to reinforce wishbone's comments----227 is an EXTREMELY low score in our Regiment. If you cannot max your age group, then you are setting yourself up for failure in SFAS and beyond.

Follow the instructions BHT has provided and do not post again for sixty days.

I recommend that you review the board rules and spend the time searching and reading.

And you should probably read "A Message to Garcia" as well.
