What fish are you using? Fried or grilled? In Baja, there is usually a salsa bar or you can tell the taquero what you want on your tacos. Some places have a kind of slaw they put on them. For me- two tortillas(corn), a piece of battered fried fish, a squeeze of lime and pico de gallo. Halibut is the best but I have eaten Calico Bass, rockfish, yellowtail, cabezon...

I did Talapia, and for the side I went with a corn and black bean cold salad.
