Republican Order of Battle?

I just received the attached from Gingrich Productions. It reads like an Order of Battle for the Republicans and is authored by one of the Republican thought leaders that I hold in high regard - Newt Gingrich. Many of the points that Newt makes here are the very same that I have heard from others who regularly post in this and the other related forums.

A good read with much meat for discussion.

Enjoy

Where to begin?

1) First of all, the Rs selected someone named "Reince Priebus" to head the RNC. It sounds like a bad guy from the first Star Trek! (Reminds me of returning to AZ in '93 after an 11 year absence and finding the governor was named "J. Fife Symington III"! Hell, I thought that was the rich guy on "Gilligan's Island"!)

2) I wish that Newt had been able to control "Mr. Happy" all those years ago, and NOT taken shitloads of money from Fannie or Freddie, or whomever. He might have had a shot at beating Obama.

3) I wish Mitt and his 'crew' would have listened to - hell, 'channeled' Newt! (Maybe they could have fitted Mitt with an earpiece so Newt could have whispered to him - especially during debate #3 - you remember, when 3 million Rs decided to sit on their hands.)

3) Order of Battle? This crew couldn't put out a Frago! I'm reminded constantly of the phrase "...couldn't lead a squad to piss after an all night beer-bust! They had best get their poop in a group asap, or we will be looking at D control of the House of Representatives in 2014... won't THAT be special!

4) I haven't finished reading, but have read much and skimmed all. There are many points in his analysis that members of this BB were making prior to the election. I think Newt - in most areas - is "spot on"! But what do I know, I engage in silliness!

Newt: Really!

As much as I want to believe the Republican party will actually be able to turn this around there is far to much evidence to the contrary. Worst economy since Jimmy Carter, Bengazi cover up, fast and furious cover up, high unemployment and on on on. Lets give him four more years....Right.
If the Democrats can get him elected in spite of all this even Gingrich (who is brilliant) cannot hold back this socialistic agenda. The Democratic machine is far to entrenched in key states (ie: California New York) and hold the power in large industrial cities to swing enough votes regardless.
A friend of mind told me we live in a democracy and to get over it. My question to my brothers is; do we still live in a democracy? I'm not sure anymore.

The party needs to be told that we are in the 21st century. It needs new blood that understands that.
