This results in painful burning and itching, with incessant pulling at the groin for relief.

I believe the issue the guy has in that photo is called a "moose knuckle" (the male verison of the "camel toe") - monkey crotch (also known as monkey butt or swamp ass" is when your backside/undercarriage gets sore/raw due to a combination of moisture and friction.

Monkey crotch is the "first cousin" of monkey butt.
Ask anyone doing over the horizon in a FLRB what that is and you will get a description.
As far as the Pakis, I hope they get permanent monkey crotch and butt. WE have sucked up that bunch of two faced dogs long enough. May they eat shoes.
