Anyone else even hear about this? Thousands of troops? From where? At first I thought it was just some internet rumor, but seems to be some truth to it. Here we go again...

It seems that Iran warning the US navy not to return to the Straights of Hormuz under penalty of destruction, has prompted the US to provide Israel with a bigger and more sophisticated missile shield. When I first read of Irans warning, I immediately went to all the big US newspaper sites, but only found a single small reference, whereas our papers made a very big thing of it.
