Rams Head SATOM Antenna

I have been searching all over the place on how to cut a Rams Head SAT on the Move antenna. I first saw an example of it in the Q and have not seen it since. It appeared to be two copper elements bent in the shape of a lowercase "m" with the middle portion of the "m" secured in a ceramic insulator. The example I saw was mounted on the front of a truck and each element couldn't have been more than a couple inches in length. The entire setup appeared to be able to fit in the palm of two hands. Anyone have any info on this thing?
