What did you BBQ??

I almost put this in the Gourmet Guerrilla??

The kids did not get down to the rock, and most of the neighbors went North for the weekend.

So,, It gave us a chance to try some new recipes and my new oven..

Everything was a big hit..

It hit the wall, it hit the road,, it hit canal..

Fish were happy..

Whole lamb pierced with garlic and rosemary. Potato musaka. Pureed green peas with mint. Berry fool. Burgers/brats/potato salad/baked beans for the traditionalists. We had a big Memorial Day party for my son and every vet we could find.
