Low Fat (Tonights) 10 minute dinner - Dried herbs, Canned Protein, Package sauce

Low Fat (Tonights) 10 minute dinner - Dried herbs, Canned Protein, Package sauce
6oz Can of Tuna fish
4oz Mushrooms
4oz of red onion
5oz of Frozen Peas thawed
3oz of Tomato Pesto Sauce
1 tbls. Italian Seasoning
2 Tbls of dried chives
¼ tps of Black Pepper
3oz EVO
2-4oz of Reggiano Parmiggiano
Method;
Saute onions in EVO till tender-add Mushrooms sauté till golden, add the tuna, stir, add the Peas, stir, then add the seasoning, chives and finally the tomato pesto sauce - Stir to incorporate everything.
You can stretch the sauce with a little water.
Finish with the Reggiano cheese

Sounds good. Could be a great budget friendly meal for a college student as well.
