Space Based Deployments.

In the documentary: History of the green berets, near the end, a guy talks about "Space based platform deployments for special forces teams"...

I can't find anything else on the internet about this, but it seems pretty cool. I'm not sure weather it would be worth it or weather they actually will though. What does everyone think?
