This is a trailer for the Hero Flights documentary that will be released in November. I look forward to seeing it.

We've (Local American Legion) paid to fly about 14 local WW2 guys out to view the
monument. We are a small town but lots of folks ponied up.
The old vets really enjoyed it.

Honor Flights!!!

Our local News here shows each Honor Flight going out for the weekend and them coming back.

I am thankful for all the Veterans who gave and give so much for us to have freedom. I think it is great getting even WW2 Veterans to see the menorial. I had to get my Dad there to see it before he passed away.

Thank you for everyone that makes these trips happen.

I only wish I could have taken my DAD when he was alive but unfortunely he's not with us anymore............ I'm going to bring this up at the next VFW meeting I attend....

... and if it weren't for the likes of you, sir.

There's no greater honor than to serve America, and you can't "untake" an oath. I hope in 65 years when the men and women who served our country visit a monument honoring their service that they'll be received as heroes, because they are.
