SEIU protests

Searched didn't see this.

SEIU has been going to private homes with their protests.

Written by a neighbor and witness.

The liberal take.

Now no media or outsiders were invited, except the Huffington Post... and the D.C. Police.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with SEIU debt. According to the some of the replies it has everything to do with the banks and finance companies greediness in expecting loans to be paid for, or something like that.

It's all fun and games......

It's all fun and games until someone gets shot.

Mobs can get carried away pretty quick - union thugs for sure.

All it takes is someone saying "Trash the joint" and someone kicks in the front door. Better hope they pick the right house.

500 people in your front yard - on your porch - protesting - someone throws something through the window - kicks in the door?

When seconds count the cops are sitting this one out.

You'e on your own buddy - nothing in the constitution says cops have to protect you. "We're just here for after the fact."

The police felt intimidated and didn't want to "incite" them? Start arresting the ring leaders for trespassing and add two words; OC and Taser. Problem solved. These people were in private residential property and intimidating a teenage child with their unwarranted tactics. They were not protesting, they were harassing.

I don't know about AA-12s - but I do know that it is legal to purchase a functional M-60 under Title II of the NFA.

I wonder if that would constitute excessive force?

If your underground sprinkler system has an in-line tank that lets you dispense fertilizer, insecticide, etc., you should test the system annually to see that the zones are evenly covered and that there are no gaps.

Food coloring is excellent for this test.

Other dyes are more permanent.

You still think the cops are on your side?

You still think the cops are on your side?

Check this out.

http://bigjournalism.com/acary/2010/...eg-baers-home/

".............The primary role of the Washington cops in this event was to protect the protesters. The D.C. officers had no authority to act to disperse the protesters even had the homeowner been present and asked them to vacate the private property. The event ended as a “dash one”– no arrests, no citations – according to Friz. The Montgomery County units left the scene at 5:29 pm................"

".............So, let’s sum this up: A caravan of SEIU buses receive a Metropolitan (D.C.) Police Department escort to a private home in Maryland where the protesters, from all appearances, violate Montgomery County law by engaging in a stationary protest. The Montgomery County police were not informed by their cross-jurisdictional colleagues of the impending, unusually large protest pending in their jurisdiction.

What’s up with that? Had the mob decided to torch the house, the D.C. police would not have been authorized to intervene. Not their jurisdiction. They’re just escorts. Meanwhile, a teenage boy is home alone, frightened by what’s happening outside his front door.

There’s something very wrong with this picture................"

Coming to a neighborhood near you very soon.

And then some. I KNOW the local LEO's will come to my house if anyone starts anything. Not to mention the Sheriff's, the State Troppers, the firefighters from 2 stations, my neighbors (many are CCH and/or military), and I can easily hold off a mob at my place for at least 30 minutes on my own...........
