Pasteles

To any of you who have been to Puerto Rico/Dominican Republic, Pasteles should be on your 'to try' list. I got five of them from my friend's house a couple days ago and they're all gone, very good stuff. If you dont know, and are curious, its this stuff that is kinda like brown maseca that has chicken, beef, banana, and whatever else they throw in an its steemed in a banana leaf. If it sounds too exotic for you, dont let it scare you, like most Latin American food its good stuff.

If you are interested in making some.
