Happened one block from where I live. Richard is probably right. Or the perp was off his Meds. The amount of mentally disturbed people around here amazes me. I'm not talking about the ones who work in the Big White Dome building either

Youse guyz. This is DeeCee. No doubt this is part of a bigger story, possibly involving Jack Baur or Jason Bourne.

dc shooting

I went to D.C. on the Greyhound, which gets off near Union Station, and was shocked at the two very different worlds existing within blocks of each other. I loved the Capital Police and felt safe while in their world, but it sounds like this started in the other world. Things like this are bound to happen under those circumstances. When I left the Capital to go back to the bus station, I actually changed clothes right there in the trees by the Capital, because just as much as I would not wear ratty clothes in that wonderful building, I would not wear slacks and dress shirt while walking the streets outside the range of the Capital Police. It is good that they know they can not be crazy in the no-crazy zone.
