Obama to gather Cabinet, seeking $100 million in cuts
You ever get the feeling that this is going to be another B.O.H.I.C.A. event, where defense and veterans benefits will be cut AGAIN:

Spend a trillion on shamwows and slapchops for everyone - cut a hundred million to say how much you've saved in postage by ordering on-line right now...sounds like my wife going to the mall and coming home telling me how much she just saved us by spending $$ on things we really didn't need to begin with.
I have to wonder just how much these community fleecers and federally sanctioned pick-pockets think they can get away with here.

purchase office supplies in bulk....
proof that the country is run by morons that talk big and think small.
Allow me to explain:
12 team guys...
12 skillcraft pens.
0 skillcraft pens in the S-4 cabinet
12 skillcraft pens that last until they run out of ink
12 team guys
12 BOXES of skillcraft pens
on any given day you can only find three usable pens in the team room.
All 12 boxes are gone in a month.
does this sound familiar to anyone?
Am I an ass for assuming the administrative part of our government is being run this way?
maybe I am wrong

If everything wasn't at the "Special Government Rate" you could save 100-Mill easy....
26 Feds from the same organization go to an "Event"...guess how many rental cars will be driven from the Airport...?

How about his next worldwide "I Hate America" tour, he limits himself to 100 staffers and fits the entire entourage into AF1 and two C-17s?
How about the AF quits flying Congress critters around, and we make them travel in coach? That has to be in the millions of dollars wasted.
He could save quite a bit of that figure by cutting the czar count down to a manageable number.
I can see that he is saving lots of money with his gifts to foreign dignitaries.

Sources for additional savings
The president could also: - Cancel indefinitely all future 'press conferences.' The questions that he fields are planted and he doesn't bother to answer them. So why not just have him sit in the Oval Office with a single camera and a teleprompter so he can do what he does best: get off on the sound of his own voice.
- Fire all members of the federal government who have anything to do with protocol. He doesn't listen to them anyways.
- Dismiss all of his speechwriters. He's just recycling the same empty messages that got him elected in the first place.

Hell, I think he is looking to the new C-5M package just delivered to Dover . Three of those on the East coast will be hard for him to resist. Once off loaded, set up his BB court and have at it!
Do the taxpayers pay for BHO'S cigarettes, and are taxes being paid on them?
Why not give each tax paying household $35,000 to be spent on a US made auto? Cut back on the bailouts to GM & Chrysler might help some.
My $.02.

How about he just deny Murtha earmarks and pork for a year. I have no doubt, no doubt at all that Obama would have the $100 million and more.
