Kinda' stupid of him to say "say please" but also kinda' stupid for the officer to not say "Sir, could you turn off your car please?" in the first place.

I've dealt with his kind, they're the ones who like to shout "MY TAX DOLLARS PAY YOUR SALERY!"

What I really find amusing is this is the second time he's done it... Mr. Fortunato you are a sadomasochist and a moron, do us all a favor and don't come here anymore, we have enough jackasses in our country already we don't need to import any more.

My response most often was (if of course I had a legal reason) to pull out my cuffs and say "Look at the nice shiny bracelets your tax dollars also paid for, let me show you how they work." It's amazing how quickly most dropped that attitude, though I can think of a few idiots who persisted, normally a few hours in the drunk tank would solve that
