Well if they would all just pay their taxes like the rest of us have to then they would have a big chunk of money to work with....
There was a sigh of relief (believe it or not) on the Hill when the transition took place...the (R) no longer felt compelled to support the White House plans that were very unpopular with constituents.
All these "experts" and "czars" are as lost as everyone else on how this will come around. Greenspan has come back and basically said policies he supported may have contributed to the downturn.
Shoveling cash at it isn't going to fix anything without some associated fiscal responsibility and it is becoming apparent that the disconnected political elite are seriously lacking in basic accounting skills and financial responsibility.
