International Space Station

On the lighter side. It's time to step out in the back yard just after sunset and enjoy the night. Look up and see whats flying overhead.

Type in your zip code and get the schedule. The International Space Station (ISS) is the best one. The lower the number the brighter the object.

They have an internation link for those of you on the go.

Thanks Pete!

Any recommendations for spotting these better. I don't have a telescope or powerful binos. Was wondering what people would think if they saw me in the cockroach position with the 7mm Rem Mag shouldered in the backyard.

.....No problem

You should have no problem spotting the ISS.

Most move quickly and I would think something along the lines of 7x35 binos would work best. Higher power and you would have a hard time finding it and then tracking it.

Even the moon moves "fast" through a high power telescope.

What about a bag of tools floating around?
