Can't say as I blame the guy. If the signs were on private property without the owners permission, why should he have to pay a fine?

Why can not the kids play well?

Seams that people are elevating dirty tricks.....Fire bombing, brake cutting, etc...... It is one thing to steal the signs or paint over them this is getting dangerous.
