Ironic that Jennifer Brunner, a Dem, is complaining about the requirements of the HAVA (Help America Vote Act)--which was overwhelmingly pushed through Congress by the Dems in 2002 after the results of the 2000 elections--and is now apparently trying to circumvent the law to favor her party's candidate. Not too subtle, is she.

Maybe she's the new and improved Katherine Harris and will also be running for Congress soon.

The scope and depth of this is very disturbing. With the election very near, how can either party trust that registration/voter fraud has not decided an election. This could well make the 2000 election look like a cake walk, IMHO.

Is there any provision in the Constitution that allows for an event such as this? That is to ask, is there any provision for delaying a Presidential Election? I'm not even sure if the Electoral College can vote if there is a credable question regarding fraud within the popular vote.

Any thoughts?
