It's very likely these guys are cleaning up after they got done installing the columns that prevent vehicles from entering or more importantly, existing the area.

That makes sense, only because after looking at it the only way for the van to get there is through that glass.

Could be they were trying to ensure job security for one more day of work, Gotta return to the job site the next day to remove & replace poles and recover the van. Looks like some Euro's being spent to me.....5Ps
