IWB & pant size
I'm prepared to order an IWB holster. After researching the topic, I've decided on the Kramer IWB-3, and will spend the extra coin for the horsehide; per recommendation of the QPs.
Question for those individuals who use the KRAMER IWB...
How many sizes, have you found that the above piece, requires you go up from your normal pant size?
Search function revealed, +1-2 sizes, vaguely.
Looking for more specific user feedback, with regards to this issue.

EDIT to add this: Also noticed Kramer makes a belt. Anyone have firsthand experience with their belts? Single vs. double thick... pros/cons? Recommendations when looking for a belt, for use in conjunction with the above named holster?

IWB will require 1" to 2" larger pants and belts for proper fit.
I wear Kramer's belts as well. Single thick is a good belt for occasional light pistol wear. It is a bit thin for heavy pistols, spare mag, light, or cuff carry. The double thick is about the same thickness as an LE duty belt. Not too bad at all to wear in a 1.5" width, especially when it gets broken in.

Check out the "comfort fit" waistband. Looks like dress slacks but has expansion capability for about 1 1/2". It's enough for me to fit a full sized 1911 IWB and I don't need a closet full of special purpose pants. (Allows for holiday eating patterns too!) You still need the quality belt. HTH - Peregrino

I don't plan on carrying anything in addition to, 1 Sig and 1 or 2 spare mags. So, it sounds like the Kramer double thick (horsehide of course) in a 1.5" width, is preferred. I wear suits, or slacks with a sweater or coat.
IYO, will the double thick standout, or give any visual tell-tales as to what may/may not be going on back there, when paired with suits... or is it's thickness not all that noticeable?

OWB I always use a double thick belt, IWB does not require as much support (IMNSHO). The extra friction of the clothing on the IWB holster (especially for holsters with "rough out" leather) will support the weapon adequately. Since I "outgrew" my Bianchi 1.25" belt, I've gotten away with using quality dress belts. Sadly most "dressy" slacks do not have the belt loops for a true double thick 1.5" gun belt. The biggest weak point for dress belts is stretch, then a quality fastening systen. Deformation, a major factor with OWB holsters, is a distant third. My .02, FWIW - Peregrino
