To Whom this may be of relevance,
I know this might be a stretch but does anyone in the SOF community have a direct line to Secretary Hegseth? There is an opportunity that has developed regarding Venezuela and some of the African Countries in China's Beltway initiative to displace any debt they owe China. I am seated in a consulting role with an organization, where they have an avenue that was green lighted by Trump in his first Administration, but was undermined by his Secretary of Treasury in the final months of that Administration. We feel based on current objectives of DOW that dealing a significant blow via displacing debt owed China would deal a fatal blow. If you know of someone with direct contact to Pete Hegseth, I could get the President of the ABF on a call to brief you prior to a named individual.
