More alert, tremendously better hearing and smell than humans; weapons built in, no need for ammo or lighting.
Great alarm, deterrent, and defense capability.
Every home should have one.

The little one sounds the alarm and then they move out. They conduct detailed checks of every door and window. I searched every type of security system and found that none were as comprehensive and thorough as these two. As a civilian, this combo is the best alarm/security (and best friends) that money can buy.

Mine is too nice and I have spoiled her.
She'd most likely awake me, but then lead the intruder into the room thinking it was another visitor that is welcome. I suppose I could take a clean shot from the bed with a pistol.
All the pics seem to be to be too big for the file size. How do I get the file size down to spec ?

Oh, I know I can upload, but I host my images on my web server. Can't imbed an image here. The sat connection at work sucks so uploading is generally tedious and at worst hair-pulling.
Thank you for hooking me up, though

It's the Avatar stupid...
Not many things more intimidating than a 130 lb Cane Corso pissed off because some crack head just interrupted his beauty sleep at 0300hrs. The police and coroner can clean up the mess that may or may not contain a security round to the head. Also serves as a spectacular couch potato, best friend and kitchen floor sweeper upper.

I guess I really don't need to get married...instead, I will replace the idea with getting a German Shepard!
He would also screen all my "Dates."

That dog should certainly stand at the proper height for a proper screening to take place.

The Akita on the left there is going to turn 12 in a couple of months. She's still spunky and in excellent shape, but I'm thinking it's about time to recruit her replacement. I'm actually eager to train up another pup.
