X Easy Veggie Casserole

Another random creation. It was good. Measurements below are approximate.

1 1/2 cups corn
1 1/2 cups peas
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup (not condensed)
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Spray casserole dish with Pam
Mix corn, peas, mushrooms and mushroom soup together in the dish
Mix bread crumbs and cheese and sprinkle on top

Bake at 400 degrees until heated through
Broil until top is crunchy

If it doesn't have dead critters in it, it's, uh, better not post that term here.

LOLOL, I have some good receipts for veggie living.

Spinach cassarole & Chili rellenos, Oh yes huevous rancheros (SP?). But instead of posting them, I will go back to eating my bar B Q ribs................. yummy.

BTW, the elk we have here is mighty tastey.
