Get woke, go broke.
The left has been rampaging through this ideological battle space relatively unopposed.
Here comes the counterattack.
Start punching them in the wallet and it may gain their attention.

Yeah, and I'm really disappointed in the state of so-called American Industrial Might. It took over 3.6 milliseconds for them to decide that the vaccine wasn't mandatory after all.
"Why, who would think such a thing & where would you get such an idea? It's just a suggested precaution, just passing on the public-service message from the Faucist government."

And we add to the lexicon...
Faucistas:
Adjective
fauscista m or f (plural fauscistas)
a fauscist
(figuratively) a person who behaves like a dictator.
A totalitarian twit.
A bunch of fucking fauscistas with double masks, bad attitudes and pink VJJ hats pulled into the 5Guys drive-through demanding tofu to go.

WOKE ????
Thank The CCP & Dr. Chen Wi A Lt. General in the CCP'Army, It was her Lab that genetically engineered the MERS, SARS, Covid-19 virus that has infected the world & to this day The Chinese have not been held accountable & made to pay a severe price for this first-strike with a Biological Weapon,,,,Remember Pearl Harbor Dec. 7 1941....They got 2 nuclear bombs dropped on Japanese cities. China should be repaid with a similar virus....

16 or 19 to 4
Wasn't that a song by Chicago?
Anyway, one of the contributors in the 1619 Project, has lost her tenure offer at UNC.
Quote:
New York Times writer and author of the divisive “1619 Project” Nikole Hannah-Jones has lost her tenure offer at the University of North Carolina Hussman School of Journalism and Media following backlash over her “unfactual and biased” work.
The University of North Carolina is backing down from offering Hannah-Jones a tenured position at its journalism school, and will instead offer her a fixed five-year contract, according to a report by NC Policy Watch.

This is my empathetic face :-L got a light?
She still gets a gig but I gather "tenured professor" is a different deal.
Gotta run & scope out this new "border" that some counties in Oregon have drawn so they can bond their nitrogen nodules with Idaho...

Pink font is for kids...
... REAL sarcasm is colorblind.
A connoisseur of nuanced snark doesn't need pink font anymore than a good bourbon "needs" ice cubes...
...sure, maybe the ice cubes help tone down some of the burn, maybe the teeny tiny bit of water that mixes with the whiskey opens up the bouquet just a little - maybe it even smooths it out just a tad.
Once you start leaning on pink font, theres no turning back. Just like adding things to good bourbon. Before long, it isn't just ice cubes. Before you know it, you've resigned to drinking Military Special mixed with Sams Club diet cola - and just WHY IN THE FUCK would you do that unless you are flat broke? if your literary delivery is flat broke - go ahead and use the Pink Font - just dont be surprised when you staert to wonder why the "bite" that we all like in a good double shot of sarcasm seems a little watered down...
Case in point -
Remington Raidr: be honest, would " 16 0r 19 to 4" have made any more sense to you if it had been in pink font?
be honest - I'm trusting your integrity.
As a contrast - here is what my post would look like if I prescribed to the school of pink font...

Look at that mess. There is more pink in that post than there are bad feminist haircuts at a Trump rally. It's been abused. It doesn't MEAN anything any more. It's just a passive aggressive way of sneaking in a jab under the thinly veiled shield of "pink font sarcasm" - I'm not buying it. No Sir. I know my rights.
Fuck Pink Font.

Personal identity is an important part of 2021 America - I celebrate everyone's font-color identity as well as their individual right to like or to not like my posts, but I do ask that you all respectfully refrain from "assuming" my shade of pink sarcasm font. It feels disrespectful and dismissive.
"Assuming shade" is one of the reasons I have chosen to break free of those chains of oppression associated with any one particular shade of pink font. Pink font supremacy is an abomination when we begin to force a single shade of pink font on an entire Bulletin Board community.
"We" have to be better than that if we are to remain relevant and credible.
Trying to keyhole peoples sarcasm based on any one particular shade of font color only serves to further divide us. It is the diversity of pink shades that allow posters to freely share our various flavors of sarcasm.
Choose your shade.
Do you.
Be the shade of pink that you feel in your heart.
Don't hate others just because THEIR choice of sarcasm font isn't the same as yours.
That's the problem with bulletin board posters on the internet - "They get bitter, they cling to ALL CAPS, or font colors, or antipathy to shades of pink that aren't like their own as a way to explain their frustrations."
Don't just be "woke" - instead, choose to 'awaken' from the trance of years of blind adherence to an arbitrary font color. "I am always taken aback by the demeaning remarks made about people in small-town America that just want to display their own shade of pink, - hurtful remarks about font are elitist and out of touch."

I’m confident that if Box was ever in a position in which he regularly “smoked’ people in training, the humor that often accompanied such smoke sessions must have been unreal! If there were video clips of such sessions, he would be a wealthy Youtube sensation!

THAT would be hazing my friend and hazing is illegal.
If you want hazing, talk to COL Jessup.
If you want to be trained, coached, and mentored, I'm your person.

Well that makes me feel old…I appreciate the professional mindset of your reply. That said, the “hazing” was some of the funniest moments of my time in service and a source of fond memories. These events brought levity to trying times and to moments of celebration; whether it was hilarious commentary from cadre while getting smoked in training, or your peers dumping mess hall trash cans on you - while knocking out pushups in front of a company formation at your promotion. As a F.O.G. looking back, I failed to value those times as much as I should have. I’m certainly not qualified to say if it’s wise that the Army has moved away from such practices. I know they worked well for us back then.
