I worked for COL Kamena at one point. He was one of the finest leaders I've ever seen . He's definitely the right person to be writing the article.

Btw, the article doesn't make it clear but Kamena is retired Army, Ranger type. I thought it was great when my beloved Air Force was secure enough to hire an Army guy to teach leadership at their leadership school.
