This is getting to funny.. sad for Mr. Dehaven a construction worker. Seems like Pak Mil anf Govt which is all in control is going to be making this worst there.
Hopefully this American didn't have his gun on him during the time of arrest.
I think one big lesson to take away from all this, is when your in a Country with No Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) you can have your balls hung out to dry. Know what your laws and rules are within country and follow them and best as you can to CYA yourself.
