In looking through my Forum User Settings, I do not see any options for increasing the font sizes.
On a Windows PC, if you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, you can use the CTRL key and scroll wheel to increase/decrease the size of the text/objects on the screen. If your mouse doesn't have a scroll wheel, use CTRL key and the +/- buttons to do the same thing.
Those allow you to quickly increase the view of each site as you access it versus a system level change in Accessibility Options.
