At local level (with potential strategic impact), there are several muslim students from Islamic countries in the Q course right now. Would what they perceive from the classmates and SOF community reinforce what the radicals/fanatics are telling them about "infidels" ?
Failure to assimilate and disenfranchisement is also voluntary, IMO.
