MTI
I've been doing the MTI 8wk ruck based selection program mixed with some crossfit.
I tend to avoid my gyms barbell strength programming and instead run through the daily metcons
MTI's program mixes in weekly paced ruck work (2mi repeats) and a longer ruck (up to 18mi) with 60lbs. Also has a lot of running (distance and pace work) and sandbag PT
Anyone else try it? I found out quick that I had some foot issues that I took care of with some insoles. Curious what some of you think about the volume of rucking.
