I was challenged on FB by FB so I did a little research.
The story seems very plausible, given the abysmal job most of the EU has not accomplished.
Talked to my #2 daughter in the UK. She is a managing director with Accenture services and is responsible for their UK government systems.
She has been complaining about the total UK and EU failure to jump on the vaccine order pipeline(S). They waited too long to get the orders in and the vaccine to the people.
So,, Jabing the politicos and other public figures makes great PR,, even if it's water.

During the conference she showed codes on the bottles where each contains 1, 2 or 3 digits, and then explained the meaning of those numbers. Number 1 is the placebo, saline, 2 is a the mRNA and number 3 is an mRNA stick that contains the onco gene, she explains.
She says she personally witnessed the jab of all the politicians and tycoons and everyone who received the number 1 bottle, claiming they received the saline solution, a placebo. This explains why the same person administers the jab to politicians when they take pictures for the media.
