And I agree with most of the opinions that have been expressed here. But much like Brown vs The Board of Education, there is always a huge swing that promotes a civil right, then, as has been proven in case after case, there is a settling in the law were the SCOTUS addresses challenges in order to correct an overreach, or define further the extent and limits of the interpretation.
