It appears that way, but taking into consideration the past 18 months and the controlled demolition to the US economy through the use of the COVD scam, I'd lean towards a intentional demolition of the US presence in A-Stan. COVID decimated the US economy and small business, the intentional debacle in A-stan will blow apart most if not all relationships with US allies. These former allies may then turn towards China for security and trade.......and the US dollar as reserve currency will be history.
