I remember the initial effort and those contributing to what I still refer to as "The Letter."
We've seen
some progress via court cases or state actions in that 10 years, while those predisposed to do evil prove that they'll do it anyway. The good stuff, mostly fingers in the dike, doesn't happen as fast as the dripdripdrip of the POTUS' SPECAT revelations, but still should be appreciated when it occurs.
