Thanks all, definitely appreciate the guidance once again. One of the reasons for the question is a curiosity about how SF would take on the threat of a nation-state actor like China. I have a hard time pulling my mind away from the image of special operations in the undeveloped world of Iraq / Afghanistan / Vietnam / etc but I have to imagine they'd be able to operate in a modern, urban center of Hong Kong, or Taiwan.
