Quick impression and a comment. Stark is the young lady prospect saying up front that 20 yrs then out with a pension, sooner you get in, sooner you get out & then go start a business and do something else. The IRS are going to get exactly who they're looking for.
Observation: This is another of the cogs in the machine that is going to generate more of "the guy who's lost everything and now has nothing left to lose."
We know such people are completely harmless, right?
