Again, not a 2L,, but all this talk of a mistrial is not what I think is best.

A mistrial would/could stop the DA from a retrial and Kyle walks away a free man..

The problem with that is the SJW/ANTIFA would be rioting for months saying the trial was a shame..

I think the DA may be intentionally trying for the mistrial to throw the kid to the wolves..

I would like to see the trial go to completion with a NOT guilty verdict, that keeps the Left pissed, but with no recourse..

The testimony so far looks to be 100% for the kid.

I say ride it hard and let the Left cry..
