The opposition leader took an oath in Caracas a short time ago, declaring himself acting president and saying Nicolas Maduro has been deposed. The United States is also recognizing Venezuelan National Assembly President Juan Guaido as the interim president of Venezuela, according to this statement issued by the White House (document attached).
